Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") apply to all transactions conducted through our website and all invoices issued by our company.

2. Warranty Policy

We provide a seller’s warranty for appliances based on their condition at the time of purchase. Used appliances come with a three-month warranty, while new appliances include a six-month warranty. The warranty begins on the day the delivery is completed.

For warranty claims, we will first send a technician to inspect the appliance. If the issue is minor, the technician will perform an on-site repair. If the problem cannot be resolved on-site, we will provide an exchange for an appliance of equal or greater value, keeping in mind the customer’s preferences regarding dimensions, colour, features, and brand. If an exchange is accepted, the warranty period will be reset accordingly.

If a technician determines that the issue resulted from misuse or negligence—including improper installation, unauthorized repairs, physical damage, or failure to follow instructions—the warranty will be void. No repair, exchange, or in-store credit will be provided in such cases.

A new invoice will be issued reflecting the updated warranty date and product details. If no suitable exchange is available or the customer declines the exchange, an in-store credit equal to the purchase amount will be provided. Refunds are not offered; instead, in-store credit serves as the final resolution, in line with Alberta regulations.

3. Delivery Terms

We offer free delivery and installation of appliances, with complimentary haul-away services upon request. Customers are encouraged to test their appliances during delivery. If unsatisfied, they may decline the purchase with no charge.

Deliveries are scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with a two-hour delivery window. If rescheduling is needed, we will notify the customer.

We do not install dishwashers, gas appliances, or refrigerator water lines. Free delivery is limited to Calgary and surrounding areas (Airdrie, Okotoks, Cochrane, Strathmore). Delivery outside these zones requires an agreed-upon fee paid in advance and is non-refundable. Warranty service deliveries remain free.

Customers may opt for self-pickup and installation. In such cases, delivery and installation responsibilities are waived, but the warranty remains valid.

4. Liability Disclaimers

We are insured for damages caused by our delivery team. Customers must clear delivery pathways and inform us of fragile zones. We are not liable for indirect damages, business loss, or delays.

If installation deviates from standard guidelines at the customer’s request, the customer assumes responsibility. We are not responsible for third-party modifications or events beyond our control, such as weather or strikes.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure safe and accessible installation areas, including necessary utilities and compliance with building codes. Appliance fit and space clearance are the customer’s responsibility. An adult must be present for inspection and approval at delivery.

For pickups, customers are responsible for securing and transporting items. Damage must be reported immediately upon delivery to maintain eligibility for warranty claims.
